At what frequency does YourBus send the SMS to the passenger?

It is completely configurable. We can send SMS when bus is two/three boarding points away. The bus operator can completely configure this.


How will bus operator provide the passenger data and vehicle data to YourBus everyday?

YourBus will work with operator’s techinical team to make the process as seamless as possible. We only want the staff to allocate the vehicle to every service. The passenger data would be automatically picked up from API.


Is YourBus responsible for the service & maintenance of the GPS devices?

Yes, YourBus takes 100% responsibility of the device's repair, maintenance and replacement.


The bus operator already has GPS devices installed in the buses. How can YourBus help further?

In such cases, YourBus can talk with the existing GPS vendor and enable SMS services using the existing GPS devices.
